We are proud to create high quality, long wearing garments for your little ones and want nothing more than for you to love your Illoura pieces. However, if you are not happy with your item/s for whatever reason you may return within 30 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed with tags & liners still attached.
Returns are to be posted to our Wonthaggi HQ. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Please ensure:
- Item/s are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed with tags & liners still attached.
- Your name and address must be supplied along with your order number to ensure timely processing.
- Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We advise using a traceable shipping method and taking note of your tracking number.

Pack and send your return
Please include a note with your name and order number along with your item/s when making your return.
We suggest using a traceable method and taking note of your tracking number.
Product received and inspected
Once your item/s have been received, please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your return. You will be emailed a confirmation email once your return is complete.
Faulty/ damaged items
We do carefully quality check all of our items before sending them to you, although if you do receive a damaged or faulty item a full refund plus the shipping amount will be offered.
Please send a picture of your damaged or faulty item and a brief description as well as your order number to email@example.com
In line with our responsibility under the Australian consumer law or similar legislation, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with any returns/exchanges unless the return falls into the faulty or damaged category.
It is advised that you use a traceable method and take note of your tracking number when posting back your items, Illoura will not be responsible for any items lost during transit and we will be unable to process the return.
For international customers, it is not Illoura's responsibility to pay any duties and taxes involved with you returning your items, if your order is over $1000 AUD it is suggested to return the parcel in two parts. Any costs llloura may need to pay will be subtracted from the credit amount.
Illoura has the right to refuse any refunds/ exchanges if the item does not meet the requirements mentioned at the top of this page.
Exchanges - We do not offer direct exchanges rather a store credit or a refund which you may use to purchase your desired item.
